Our club, district and zone champions, Glenn Luck, Ross Blanchard, Tony Gibson, and Mick Walsh are now STATE Silver Medal winners. Well Done!

After 2 good section wins and a draw to their main rivals in the section in the 3rd round, saw them advanced to the Gold Medal Play-off against Pine Rivers.
After a great start in the final, leading 13-6 after 10 ends, but then dropping a 3,4,2 in three ends to fall behind 15-13. They were not able to regain the lead, eventually going down 23-16 to Pine Rivers in a good match. Results

Our Club and District Champion Fours team (Glenn Luck/Ross Blanchard/Tony Gibson/Mick Walsh) won zone honours defeating Leichhardt champions (Clemont’s Joe Aidulis/Tristan Aidulis/Barry Baldwin/Aaron storer) 34-14.

24/07/2022. Our Men’s Open Fours champions contest the District Champion of Champions at South Suburban. A big congratulations to Glenn Luck, Ross Blanchard, Tony Gibson and Mick Walsh. They defeated Suburban in the semi-final (20-19) and then easily accounted for Sarina in the final (31-9). Well Done! Results
2022 Men’s Open Fours Decided
20/3/2022. Congratulations to all players who participated in the Men’s Open Fours Championship Tournament. 40 bowlers playing four games of fours. This event was good for bowls and great for our club. Champions, Glenn Luck, Ross Blanchard. Tony Gibson, Mick Walsh defeated Peter Carter, Eddie Roberts, Steve Lane, Kees Struik (19-14) in a tight final.
